Lux Blox is manufactured in the United States and made of ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) Plastic, a material commonly used in the manufacture of children’s toys like Lego bricks, and has been tested safe. 

WHERE IS LUX BLOX AVAILABLE?

Lux is available in hundreds of local brick-and-mortar Toy & Specialty Gift Retailers and Museum Stores around the nation.

Lux is also available for purchase on this website (click on "Shop All"), or by calling toll free at 309-297-4430 during regular business hours.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders placed before Noon (EST) Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon Friday and during weekends will ship on Monday.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

$8.95 for orders under $50; $10.95 for orders under $100; free shipping for orders over $100.

DO YOU SHIP TO ALASKA AND HAWAI?

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

Yes. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping costs if you return your item. Return address information can be found on the packaging slip included with the order. Shipping costs paid with the order are non-refundable. If you have any questions on how to return your item, contact us at customerservice@luxblox.com or call us at 309-297-4430. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and if your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to the original method of payment.  You will receive an email notification that the refund has been processed. You should receive your credit in 5 to 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

DID YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER PURCHASING AN ITEM?

No problem. Simply return the item to us at your cost and we will refund you the full price of the item, less the shipping cost.  PLEASE NOTE:  The item MUST be unused and in its original, unopened package.  The item needs to be in resalable condition. Once an item is opened it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
