DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
Yes. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping costs if you return your item. Return address information can be found on the packaging slip included with the order. Shipping costs paid with the order are non-refundable. If you have any questions on how to return your item, contact us at customerservice@luxblox.com or call us at 309-297-4430. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and if your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification that the refund has been processed. You should receive your credit in 5 to 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
DID YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND AFTER PURCHASING AN ITEM?
No problem. Simply return the item to us at your cost and we will refund you the full price of the item, less the shipping cost. PLEASE NOTE: The item MUST be unused and in its original, unopened package. The item needs to be in resalable condition. Once an item is opened it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
